Peak periods
During peak periods, we can sometimes experience delays in the postal network due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday and in the run up to Christmas. Please trust our couriers always work as quickly as possible to deliver on time, but we kindly ask you to allow a little more time for your order to arrive.
Public bank holidays in the UK
26th August - Summer Bank Holiday
25th December - Christmas Day
26th December - Boxing Day
Customs
Unfortunately, we have no control over custom delays but we kindly ask that you check your tracking information for updates.
If your parcel is at customs, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to clear.
Once your parcel has cleared customs, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.
Severe Weather
We've not been made aware of weather delays at this moment in time.
Invalid Address
Your parcel may be delayed if the couriers are struggling to locate your address. If your tracking states "BAD ADDRESS" or "ADDRESS QUERY", please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your full address. We can pass on confirmation of your address to the courier and they'll be able to continue with delivery.
Return to Sender
Please check your tracking and if you see "RETURN TO SENDER", this means it's being sent back to us due to insufficient address or too many failed attempted deliveries. Your order will be refunded once it's received back at our warehouse.
