- Your order number / ID needs to be in this format: OP000000US - check your order confirmation email or log into your account to find this.
- The portal will ask you for either your shipping zip code or email.
- If you’re still seeing an error message, it might be that you’re outside our 45 day return period to receive store credit or our 30 day return period to receive a refund or exchange*.
- Please refer to our returns policy here for more information.
