We'll send you an email at each step of the journey. Alternatively, you can track your return using your return tracking number from the carrier.
If you've not returned through our website, please refer to the tracking number provided by the courier when you posted your return.
Once we receive your return at our International hub, we will aim to process this within 25 working days, providing there are no issues with the return.
If your order was delivered to our International hub more than 25 days ago and you've not heard anything, please get in touch by simply clicking the 💬 icon which can be located at the bottom corner of the page.
